Organisation

The Dean heads the Faculty and represents it within the Viadrina. He or she is responsible for all Faculty tasks, in particular for the organisation of studies and examinations and the coordination of research and teaching. A Dean of Studies may be appointed and elected by the Faculty Council to support the Dean in the organisation of studies and examinations.

The dean and dean of studies are supported by other members of the dean's office, such as the faculty directors and academic advisors.
