Arkadiusz Wudarski has held the Chair of Polish and European Private Law
and Comparative Law at the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder) since 2010 and the Research Professorship at the University of Szczecin in Poland since 2023
; previously he was Head of the Chair of Civil Law, Civil Procedure and Comparative Private Law at the University of Zielona Góra (2014 – 2022)
;for Civil Law, Civil Procedure and Comparative Private Law at the University of Zielona Góra (2014 – 2022)
and the research group for European Private Law and Comparative Law at the Jan Długosz University in Częstochowa (2010 – 2014).

Studied Law at the University of Silesia in Katowice; PhD and habilitation
at the University of Hamburg (supervisor: Prof. Dr P. Mankowski); authorised to teach. Mankowski); authorised to teach civil law,
European private law and comparative law; obtained the equivalent of a habilitation in research and teaching in Poland; Master's degree in German philology and educational science; sworn interpreter, lawyer.

Guest professor at the University of Vienna (2012/2013) and at the Ivane Javakhishvili University in Tbilisi (2023); President of the Polish-Georgian University;President of the Polish-Georgian Law Society (ქართველ და პოლონელ იურისტთა ასოციაცია); Deputy President (ქართველ პოლონელ იურისტთა ასოციაცია). President (2016 – 2019) and Secretary General (2013 – 2016) of the Societas Humboldtiana Polonorum.

Member of the Board of Trustees of the Association for the Promotion of the Research Institute for Central and Eastern European Business Law (FOWI) at the Vienna University of Economics and Business; member of the German Civil Law Teachers' Association (ZLV), the American Society of Comparative Law (ASCL), the International Academy of Comparative Law (IACL) and the Academy of European Law (AE).
